Observation: Large amount of boxes, buckets and personnel items stored in kitchen.
- Ice used as exterior coolant not used as a food
Observation: Personal drink, cans of pop and ice stored in ice bin (ice used for drinks) picture attached.
- Manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitation - temp, pH, concentration, and hardness
Observation: Mechanical ware washing machine not sanitizing. Tried priming machine, not working properly. CANNOT use until serviced by a technician and working properly. Inspector spoke with technician, he stated he would be at facility within the hour.

Observation: All items in top of prep table at 69.1 degrees. Staff stated that they noticed that it wasn't working properly this morning. Called technician. All items placed in pans of ice and will remain in ice until unit is fixed.

Observation: Towels for wiping food contact surfaces not in sanitizer between uses.
- Cold and hot holding equipment used for PHF/TCS foods are equipped with at least one temperature measuring device that measures temperature in the coldest part of a hot holding unit or the warmest part of a cold holding unit and located and designed to allow for easy viewing.
Observation: Missing thermometers in refrigeration units.

The presence of insects rodents, and other pests are controlled as required

Observation: Establishment does not have a probe type thermometer for checking internal temperatures of food. Will purchase.
