--The quaternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was >100PPM, rather than 200PPM as stated on the manufacturer's use directions. Sanitizer concentrate in dispenser unit solidified and was not running through dispensing unit. Container switched out and line cleaned(200ppm of quat achieved.)
