--Observed area under the deep fryer and along the wall of the fryer and the fan on the floor by the fryer to have an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, debris on non-food contact surfaces.

--Floor has some missing tiles that need to be replaced. The table top in the kitchen is becoming separated, and needs to be adhered to the table. The back wall of the walk-in cooler has some damage, needs to be smooth and easily cleanable
