Complaint Notes: Discussed with the manager about the complaint, she stated that McDonald's has a strict policy when it comes to food safety, and sanitation protocols, all crew members are aware of the corporation's policies. l conducted a thorough inspection, manager explained how they prepare, mix and sell salads, no safety concerns were seen.
