May 14, 2014 (Fire Accident Investigation)

Comments:
This inspection has been done following the fire related accident happened on 05/13/2014 at about 7:00pm.
The manager stated that there was no flame fire observed at the site. It was only smoke that came out from the display reach-in refrigerator.
Per manager, the display reach-in refrigerator unit has been cleared for use by professional electricians after it got inspected following the fire accident.
No visible fire damage observed on the display reach-in refrigerator at this visit.
Ambient air temperature for the display reach-in refrigerator reads at 30 degree F on the in-built digital thermometer during this visit.
The accident happened at Deli section.
No food was stored in the display refrigerator unit during this visit.
Foods, which were cold held in the reach-in display refrigerator at the time of fire accident, have been discarded, per manager.
Approved to use the display refrigerator.
