Twin Peaks(upscale version of Hooters) will replace the former Sticky Fingers restaurant at 277 Robert C Daniel Parkway(Fuddruckers was also rumored to open here)... I believe the existing property will be demolished..

The company Trader Joes always opens within a few months after Whole Foods is announced. Trader Joes should build somewhere in the Exchange or have Publix open in the former Sports Authority building.

The former Sports Authority should be filled within the next few months according to sources...

The land surveying for the new Zaxby's(3680 Wheeler rd) took place yesterday and the restaurant will break ground shortly.

Sports Authority is already filled, sort of. Some sort of liquidation company has moved in and is selling electronics, clothes, etc. Kind of like those weekend deals they do at the fairgrounds near downtown now and then, only they aren't charging admission to this. Apparently they plan to be there for at least a little while because their signage says new items "arriving weekly".

Yes, apparently since April. On their Facebook page they blamed the traffic there making it difficult. However, when I tried them one day after lunch I felt like I was getting old, stale donuts with some cool toppings. Wasn't at all impressed, so I'm not too surprised.
