Also, Coach McGuire has agreed to climb up one of the tower cranes in the near future.

Yes! That should be loads of fun!

Do it.

Apparently, getting the approval of family was not easy. However, people in the industry say that it’s safer than driving. I actually saw workers climb up one of cranes and then (it looked like) rappel down, on the live webcam a few weeks back.

From Robert Giovannetti, Sr. Assoc. AD at Tech:

Also, KCBD reporter quoted that it’s “on schedule and on budget:”

https://www.kcbd.com/2023/06/14/we-a...-construction/

The title might be a bit misleading, since the management corporation knew from the outset that the construction wouldn’t be completed before 2024.

Default VERY Helpful Article

https://www.lubbockonline.com/story/...n/70305080007/

Answers a lot of questions about the upcoming season. The main theme is that the project is on schedule and on budget, and that the new Matrix Turf and LED lighting should be installed by 9/9.

These were taken nearly a week ago (thanks to the photographer), but two were taken from different angles from what we’ve seen:

Since then, more concrete has been poured, and the second level has been extended. They should start to install the new turf soon.
