Such a lovely full Harvest Moon tonight. May everyone reap a harvest of peace, joy, and creativity as we begin our transition from Summer into early Autumn.
We are doing the smoke and wildfire thing and it made that moon deep bright orange. Looking at it made me think "Halloween". The moon was pretty close to pumpkin color.
There is not a lot to be said in favor of the wildfires, but they do cause the most glorious sunsets and moons. (and improve grazing for wildlife, if we are going to be totally honest about it)

No fires up here, but the moon was still a deep orange. It just did not come out right, either on my phone or my Canon. I am sure if I had more time to play with the "real" camera, I could have gotten it.
