$1.5 million, 3250 sf home built in 2006 on 9.5 acres with a pond and a new 30x40 outbuilding. It’s a nice house but I don’t need anything that big or that much land.

Quick glance probably this one (although if there are any of the local horse farms for sale they might beat this one.)
It has over 50 rooms, and is the largest home in the state of Kentucky now for sale.

John Calipari's home is for sale (UK's ex-basketball coach - now Arkansas's head coach) for less than 4 million.

Surprisingly, $775,000. This is a pretty middle class area. There's still quite a few old, small, homes built after the depression and WWII. There are newer, larger houses built on former farms, but most of them aren't huge or grand. This place is on a dead-end street. It's not a McMansion because it's on an acre of land. It's not in my town. The next one over has lower taxes.

Oo fun game. Enjoy seeing your answers.

$195M for me!

And no, even if I was a billionaire I'd pass. Too modern/gaudy/corporate feeling. And I don't need a ballroom, or basketball court, or more bathrooms then there are bedrooms... I've been in a $60M penthouse that had views just as good, so I think I could find something nice around that price range (minus some amenities and few thousand sq ft lol)

Based on a search I did, about $27 million: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2...6/600922_zpid/

I would not buy it if I had the money. While the layout is OK to me, and as much as I love living next to the water, that's a bit too close to the water at that level!

750k 6450 sq feet 3.76 acres. I would not buy it; it is out in the country and very dated.

$7.9 million.
9619SF.
Built directly on a pond, small lake.
In the wrong place for that price.

For a house on a large(er) lot with no acreage, probably something close to $400k. And probably with LVP floor and white painted cabinets. Not interested.
