Prep sink as shown on approved plans missing from coffee service counter operation. - Sewage & waste water properly disposed
Indirect connections at both 3 compartment sink is inadequate. - Sewage & waste water properly disposed
Disposal is installed in the sink compartment of the prep sink. This is not allowed. Move the disposal unit to the drain board of the 3 compartment sink on the lower level.
