The person in charge provided a certificate from an accredited program recognized by the Department but has not obtained a Certified Food Protection Manager certificate issued by the DC Department of Health. The exam date is 9/5/09. Must take another Food Protection Manager course. - Insects, rodents, & animals not present
No pest control contract on site at the time of the inspection. - Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Facility has laundry tubs installed instead of mop sink. The sink must be made of molded stone, stainless steel or other non pouros and non breakable materials. The wall mounted faucet must be equiped with a vacuum breaker. - Garbage & refuse properly disposed, facilities maintained
