I will PM you with some URL's anyway, but you don't need to spend time on it for me I am not in Washington.. I am just hoping that somewhere there is a faster way to find properties.

That agent or firm is using IDX, to legitimately share all MLS listings with site visitors.
https://www.nar.realtor/about-nar/po...a-exchange-idx
"IDX policy gives MLS participants the ability to authorize limited electronic display of their listings by other participants. MLSs are required to promptly provide basic downloading of certain listing information. Use the links on this page for more information."

Almost any member of an MLS can use IDX to share almost all listings, including Active, Pending, Contingent, or Sold (or similar categories as defined locally) in front of site visitors.
It is cheap for an agent to have an IDX site, from any of multiple IDX providers who offer sites or software to share those listings.
Or, a firm or an agent-member of MLS can access software and invest in a totally custom IDX/Vow site to share data as they desire, within MLS regulations.

Since neither the MLS nor the IDX Provider creates the data, if you look at the bottom of the page, or bottom of any listing, you likely will see a disclaimer similar to this:

MLS® Disclaimer
MLS Logo Regional MLS Alliance ®. All information deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. All properties are subject to prior sale, change or withdrawal. Neither listing broker(s) nor Regional MLS Alliance © shall be held responsible for typographical errors, misinformation, misprints and shall be held totally harmless.

Here's a disclaimer from Zillow, which is also an IDX site:
"IDX information is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial use, and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. The content relating to real estate for sale on this web site comes in part from the Broker Reciprocity/ IDX program of the Northern Nevada Regional Multiple Listing Service°. Real estate listings held by brokerage firms other than Zillow, Inc. are marked with the Broker Reciprocity logo and detailed information about those listings includes the name of the listing brokerage. Any use of the content other than by a search performed by a consumer looking to purchase or rent real estate is prohibited. © 2024 Northern Nevada Regional Multiple Listing Service® MLS. All rights reserved.

The listing broker’s offer of compensation is made only to participants of the MLS where the listing is filed."

Here's a good discussion of IDX, MLS and history:

Just read an article today that, depending on the region, 70% of home sales never get published because the corps are buying them too fast.
